IPA/APA Extase

<p>A double, or imperial IPA with a unique flavor that changes with gradual heating. It has a beautiful copper color with a creamy foam cap. Produced by Brouwerij De Dochter van de Korenaar, a small, family-owned brewery located in Belgium. To create Extase brewers use fourteen varieties of hops, and it is the prohibitive hop bitterness (more than 100 IBU) that the drink owes its name.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Flavor Features</strong></p> <p>Extase has a generous, balanced flavor with hints of hops and malt, noticeable sweetness and bitterness. The aroma is rich, full-bodied, with dominant notes of hops, malt and sweet spices.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Gastronomic combinations</strong></p> <p>The beer is often served as an aperitif. It also goes well with fish and poultry dishes, seafood, salads, pizza, avocado and various appetizers.</p>
