On Sunday, August 27, Lambic Seafood in Maliy Gnezdnikovsky Lane 12 will host a gastronomic dinner together with the Italian restaurant Pasta and Basta. Alexander Zverev (Lambic Seafood) and Denis Shelepnev (Pasta and Basta), have prepared 6 servings of dishes, and Simple brand ambassador Maxim Kurokhtin will present 6 servings of wine. Denis Shelepnev — chef of Pasta & Basta, has extensive experience in Moscow premium-class restaurants, including a restaurant awarded with two Michelin stars! Alexander Zverev — chef of Lambic Seafood with extensive experience in different areas of cuisine. He completed a training course at the two Michelin-starred restaurant Artest. The sommelier of the gastronomic dinner is Maxim Kurokhtin, brand ambassador of Simple, who has been working in the sphere for 7 years. At the dinner he will tell about the variety of Mediterranean wines, present to the guests both classic varieties and interesting performances of innovators. Italian musician Maurizio is responsible for the musical accompaniment of the evening. Gastronomic dinner with Cornelissen brewery at Lambic on Pushkinskaya! On Sunday, July 16 at Brasserie Lambic on Strastnoy Boulevard 7c1 there will be a gastronomic dinner together with Cornelissen Brewery. As always, our brand-chef will prepare 6 servings of dishes, and the brewery’s export director will present 6 varieties from the brewery and talk about each one in detail! Dinner Speaker: Mike Wildemeersch In the beer business since 1999. Since 2015, he has been the export director of Cornelissen. Born and lives in Bruges, Belgium. Mike’s father was a beer wholesaler and his grandmother had a large restaurant and bar with 400 seats in Bruges. He is knighted a Belgian Brewer’s Paddle for his many years of promoting Belgian beer. Mike travels all over the world to sell and promote Belgian beer, from Chile to Canada, Japan to France.   Menu: — Artisan bread with two kinds of homemade butter. Cornelissen Lager | ABV 5.5% is a refreshing lager that is the flagship of the Cornelissen brewery. This light, golden colored beer with an off-white cap is brewed using traditional methods. — Scallop with lychee in tom yam sauce, served with quinoa. Herkenrode Vesper | ABV 9% — Herkenrode’s light triple-tap Herkenrode Vesper has a slightly higher strength, pleasant bitterness and a slightly brandy-like aftertaste. — Vitello tonnato of smoked duck with rucola . Herkenrode Cister | ABV 6.5% — The «Herkenrode» Cister pale ale was first released on August 15, 2017 and is among the 23 official Belgian monastic beers. — Quail fillet in a spicy sauce with yellow zucchini and yams. Herkenrode Noctis | ABV 7% — A magnificent Abbey Brown Dubbel, winner of numerous awards and representative of Belgium’s 23 official monastic beers. — Venison tenderloin with Joux sauce, mushroom tart and feijoa cream. Sint Gummarus Dubbel | ABV 7.1% is a dark, top-fermented beer that has a spicy aroma that combines notes of roasted malt and dark fruit. — Kataifi pastry dessert with pecans, maple syrup, cherries and smoked plum. Especially for the new seasonal menu the chefs of Brasserie Lambic and Lambic Seafood have united and created 9 dishes. Lambic Seafood is our new seafood gastrobar in Maly Gnezdnikovsky Lane, near Pushkinskaya metro. The menu consists exclusively of fish and seafood dishes and the Far East delicacies such as oysters, scallops and sea urchins are a hit.   One half of the menu features meat and poultry dishes from the Brasserie Lambic team: — Duck breast with Kenyan beans, eggplant mousse and perigue sauce. — Filet mignon with baked yams and morels. — Gedza with lamb and meat sauce Zhu. — Chicken pâté with pistachio, spiced pear and ciabatta.   And the other half of the menu features dishes designed by Chef Lambic Seafood in the style of his restaurant: — Hand rolls with tuna with truffle sauce and tobiko caviar. — Halibut in green curry with broccoli puree, green peas and edamame beans. — Grilled scallops with poultitime paste, cauliflower mousse and cream sauce with foie gras. — Halibut and avocado gazpacho.   Lambic sommelier Diana Dvoretskaya came up with light summer cocktails and lemonades to go perfectly with the novelties! We are looking forward to the novelties at Lambic!
