This fall we are adding to our collection of gastronomic experiences at Brasserie Lambic on Pushkinskaya Street. The chain's brand-chef Arthur Nam together with beer sommelier Diana Dvoretskaya developed a series of gastronomic dinners in Beer Pairing format, inspired by the cultures of different countries: Japan, England, and Belgium. Each dinner includes 4 courses, the cost for each dinner is 2800 rubles per person. The first dinner will take place on October 24 and will be devoted to Japan. The menu includes Japan in all its glory and rare Hitachino Neat Beer from Kiuchi Brewery, which is not available at Beer Atlas and which has been gathering awards of prestigious beer festivals around the world for about 20 years. Tuna sashimi paired with a light orange and floral Hitachino Nest White Ale, Wasabi Shrimp accompanied by a strong aromatic ginger ale with a hint of Hitachino Ginger Ale, beef tataki with edamame beans and a light ale with citrusy hints of Japanese wild tangerine, Hitachino Dai Dai, and for dessert, green tea ice cream with a dense, bitter coffee stout, Hitachino Nest Espresso Stout. The second dinner will be Nov. 13 and will focus on the gastronomic culture of England. In addition to the beer sommelier and brand chef, brand ambassador Samuel Smith's brewery will be at the dinner. He will give a presentation and tell about the oldest independent British brewery, detailing each beer participating in the dinner and talking about the peculiarities of its production. We love our guests very much and we regularly prove it with practice. So, since October 1 all the restaurants of the chain started a new menu with even more unusual combinations from different cuisines of the world, as well as traditional Belgian recipes. An important and pleasant moment is that the prices have become more affordable. We put a special emphasis on waffles cooked according to traditional Belgian recipes: potato waffles from a special menu section will be served with different toppings - fish roe and sour cream (520 rubles), mushrooms, sour cream sauce and poached egg (440 rubles), salmon, poached egg and Galandez sauce (490 rubles), and roast beef and sun-dried tomatoes (460 rubles). Another new section of the menu is called "Asia". It features trendy poke (with tuna, salmon and mix - 690 rubles), the freshest sashimi of tuna and salmon (570 rubles), spicy wasabi shrimp (580 rubles) and warming tom-yam with shrimp (680 rubles). All these delicacies are excellent with refined geese, beer, often called "Brussels champagne". For main course you can choose a dish from "Grill" section: meat lovers will certainly like the juicy steak Blade with potatoes (980 RUR) or classic New York (1990 RUR) and Ribai (2200 RUR), while fish lovers will enjoy salmon with pumpkin and miso mousse (640 RUR), picanha with celery and carrot confit (690 RUR) or shrimps in Asian sauce (620 RUR).

A new addition to the extensive collection of Trappist beers.From September 25 in all restaurants of Brasserie Lambic you can taste Trappist ale Mont des Cats (France/Belgium, Belleau) - 7.6% alcohol, at a price of 560 rubles for a bottle of 0.33ml.The monks started brewing beer in the Cistercian abbey of Mont des Cats back in 1847, but in 1905, after the separation of church and state, beer production was transferred to secular breweries, and in 1930 it was stopped altogether. since 2011, production facilities are located in Belgium, at the Chimay brewery, where this great ale is brewed. The aroma is strong with dried fruit. The taste is soft and spicy at the same time. Slightly caramel, but not too sweet. In the aftertaste toffee, licorice, dried fruit and rough, but not pungent hops.We recommend to combine with grilled meat or chicken.

  This month we are waiting for the whole three Spas - honey, apple and walnut. Until August 31st all Brasserie Lambic restaurants will offer a special menu for 690 rubles. It includes a glass of dry apple cider Artisanal Brut and apple dessert with crispy phyllo paste. The dessert includes all the most delicious and festive: seasonal apples, caramelized in honey, pine nuts, as well as classic homemade ice cream, mint butter and vanilla sauce. As for Fournier Artisanal Brut Normandy cider, it is a noble drink with character: it is tart and dry with the aroma of fresh leaves and ripe apples - a true taste of the passing summer.

Three dishes from Chef Brasserie Lambic for 1100 rubles - easy! The set-menu includes: baked eggplant with hummus, shrimp sarmelle with avocado and Vegas steak with potatoes baked in svan salt. If three courses are a lot, you can order two to choose from for 890 rubles. Add a glass of beer to the set, it's a beautiful pairing, the brasserie can tell you which drink best accentuates the taste of the dishes. The set is available for ordering in two restaurants of the chain: on Gogolevsky and Strastnoy Boulevards.The menu includes:Baked eggplant with hummusHummus for the dish is cooked right in the kitchen. The eggplant is baked on coals, tahini is added and burned on top with a burner before being served.Shrimp sarmelle with avocadoSweet, Argentine shrimp are marinated in a sauce of oil, lemon, vinegar and chili peppers for two hours, and the avocado is grilled. Before serving, the dish is burned with a burner for a distinctive smoky flavor.Steak Vegas with potatoes baked in Swan saltFor the steak, the beef is taken from the shoulder blade part, potatoes after baking are put in the smokehouse for flavor manifestation.
