At Lambic, we celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join the world’s largest beer festival! Following Lambic tradition, this year’s menu was created together with Miratorg and inspired by the legendary German festival. We start with the long-awaited pretzel, which this year comes in three versions: with clarified butter, with bacon, and with beef brisket! For the main course, choose pork loin schnitzel with a generous romaine salad, half a chicken with adjika, or grilled sausages with braised cabbage. Pair it all with German beers from our Beer Atlas!
