Schnitzlbaumer Hell

<p>Schnitzlbaumer Hell is a pale lager made with a special malt and three different varieties of aromatic hops. Thanks to this recipe, brewers always manage to achieve a harmonious combination of a fine malt note and delicate hop nuances. Thanks to the high degree of final fermentation, the beer is delicious and mild, with almost imperceptible strength.</p> <p>Schnitzlbaumer, Lagerbier Hel won bronze medals in 2017 and 2018 and a silver medal in 2019 at the World Beer Awards in the "Beer from Germany" category. Also, in 2017, the beer won a gold medal at the Meiningers Craft Beer Award.</p> <p>Schnitzlbaumer is a private German brewery that has been around for 440 years, is the oldest brewery in Traunstein and the youngest private brewery. From 1889 to 2014 the brewery was owned by the Schnitzlbaumer family, after whom it was renamed. But in 2014, as all three daughters of the Schnitzlbaumer family began working outside the brewing industry, the brewery was taken over by the Frauend&ouml;rfer family. Today, this family-owned company has a strong focus on quality and regionality, so it takes great pleasure in continuing the traditional craftsmanship of the old brewery. The company now produces 10 standard beers that are brewed to the highest quality standards in accordance with the Bavarian Pure Brewing Law, continuing the tradition of the Schnitzlbaumer brewery.</p>
