IPA/APA Jeju Pellong Ale

<p>Pale ale with an American motif comes from South Korea. The name &ldquo;Pellong&rdquo;, which literally means &ldquo;shine&rdquo; in Jeju dialect, was given to the drink for its bright aroma, sparkling with notes of citrus. Several varieties of aromatic hops grown in ecologically clean areas of the USA and Germany, as well as premium European malt and local yeast are used to create the drink.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Flavor Features</strong></p> <p>The drink has a smooth, drinkable, clean flavor that shows tones of fruit, fresh citrus and flowers. The aftertaste has a mild hop bitterness.
