St. Bernardus

A traditional Belgian pale beer with a refreshing taste and sweet aroma. It has a pale yellow, slightly cloudy color and a thick head. It contains a special strain of yeast and is fermented at a higher temperature than other similar varieties. The drink is produced by St. Bernardus, a company whose history is linked to two monasteries, one of which gave it its name, while the other provided traditional recipes. After the collaboration with the abbey ended, the company expanded its product line with new and interesting items.

Taste characteristics

The beer has a smooth, refreshing taste with hints of honey sweetness, lemon and orange, and nuances of spices.
