These aren’t just new additions—they’re our culinary declarations of love! On our anniversary menu, you’ll find a wide variety of new appetizers: Spanish empanadas, spicy eggplant in Thai sauce, juicy brisket tacos, Portuguese croquettes, and delicate cod rillettes. This is Lambic Collection’s first summer, and we’re kicking it off with our long-awaited summer terrace and a revamped menu! Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, has added over 15 new dishes to the menu: fresh salads, tuna and dorado appetizers, salmon skewers, seasonal crayfish, and okroshka — everything you’d want to try outdoors in the summer. And pastry chef Angelina Morozova has completely revamped the dessert menu, which now reads like a must-have checklist for a beach vacation: coconut, pink flamingo, banana, and much more!
