Cooked according to the traditional recipe - baked with rosemary, garlic and black pepper, then grilled until golden brown in a spicy-sweet sauce according to our special recipe and served with baked potatoes and home pickles. Believe me, it's unbelievably delicious!
If you order once, you can ask for an unlimited number of times for an additional portion of ribs! The condition is simple - you must enjoy the dish alone, without sharing the pleasure with anyone else, and make sure to accompany the evening with your favorite beer from our Beer Atlas!
In partnership with the Moscow Summer Festival, we’ve set up a food stand across from the Sergei Yesenin monument on Tverskoy Boulevard, where we’ll be grilling burgers, hot dogs, and our famous Belgian potato waffles on an open grill through August 3. Come enjoy the summer with Lambic!
