We love the taste
On February 14, Brasserie Lambic is going to pamper lovers with sweets. The neat boxes of handmade chocolates decorated with a silver ribbon, Lambic logo and the phrase "Taste our love" will be given to all couples on Valentine's Day after 6 p.m.
Huge beer list, mussels in various sauces, a big choice of wine and snacks, grilled dishes and desserts - any program of the holiday dinner at Lambic is possible. And sweets will be a nice addition to a wonderful evening.
The action takes place in all the restaurants of the chain, except for the establishments on Bolshaya Ordynka and Neverovskaya Street. Treat yourself to candy will be in the new Brasserie Lambic in "Taganskaya" and "Arbatskaya.

Roman Meshitaev, wine sommelier at Lambic Collection, will talk in detail about the brightest representatives of this interesting region, while Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, will prepare dishes for dinner that complement the taste of the wine: — Bonbon shrimp in potato thread with spicy sauce.— Beef tartare on potato gratin with truffle aioli.— Mini spinach with fried oyster mushrooms and enoki mushrooms in sesame sauce.— Duck leg confit in cherry beer sauce with celery and kale purée.— Caramel and nut tart with hazelnuts Ticket price per person: 8,500 rubles.
