From April 21 to May 10, Brasserie Lambic participates in the large-scale 4th Russian Restaurant Festival:

The main set menu of the festival is represented by author's dishes: snacks with shrimp and avocado, crab cakes with basil sauce, chicken breast in marinade. And for dessert caramel cheesecake and Courvoisier Espresso cocktail.

On May 13 at 8:00 PM, Lambic Collection will host a light spring tasting of traditional Belgian lambic with fruit. This time, together with sommelier Fyodor Muzhichenkov, we will sample some interesting and rare Belgian varieties: 1. Tilquin Oude Quetsche a l'Ancienne 2. Cantillion Rose 3. Hanssens Cassis 4. 3Fonteinen Oude Kriek As always, Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, will prepare appetizers for the tasting that perfectly complement the flavors of the Belgian lambics. Every Wednesday at Brasserie Lambic, the restaurant waives the markup on ten popular menu items. Through mid-May, guests can enjoy the menu’s best-sellers at cost price every Wednesday. Ten dishes from the main menu are featured in the promotion each week, and the selection will change weekly. The rules are simple: head to Lambic on Wednesday, look for the burgundy price tags on the menu, and enjoy the chain’s most popular dishes at the best possible price.
