From now on Brasserie Lambic on Gogolevsky Boulevard cooks on an open fire every Thursday. The meat of the cornichon chicken (590 р/400 gr) is cooked on a spit made at the restaurant's special order and installed directly in the dining area.
The guests can watch how the fragrant and tender meat is gradually roasted till golden brown from the table starting at 18:00. A beer sommelier will help you to choose the perfect beer accompaniment.

To mark our anniversary, we’ve created more than 15 new dishes, inspired by the warmth and trust you show us when you visit with your families, host business meetings, or simply seek a cozy spot to enjoy a glass of beer or wine. These aren’t just new additions—they’re our culinary declarations of love! On our anniversary menu, you’ll find a wide variety of new appetizers: Spanish empanadas, spicy eggplant in Thai sauce, juicy brisket tacos, Portuguese croquettes, and delicate cod rillettes. We now serve mussels in a new tomato sauce, and Belgian waffles with pork crackling and oyster mushrooms. On June 24 at 7:30 p.m., we will be joined by Stijn Destatsbader from Belgium—the export manager of the Belgian brewery St. Feuillien, which combines centuries of experience in abbey and family brewing.
