Meet a large-scale menu update in Brasserie Lambic! Our brand-chef Alexey Yashayev has prepared more than 20 new dishes, which will be a perfect companion to drinks from Lambic beer atlas!
We start tasting the novelties with tuna tartare, smorrebrod with sprat and tacos with torn pork. In salads we meet our guests’ favorite hits, but with updated recipe and new bright presentation — nicoise with tuna and salad with smoked duck breast. Record number of novelties in the «meat, poultry and fish» section: stuffed peppers, fried cod, baked cod, pasta ptitim with chicken and many others. We recommend to try updated salmon and tuna steaks in the «grill» section. And for dessert, try the Portuguese pastry pâtel de nata with three different flavors.

On June 24 at 7:30 p.m., we will be joined by Stijn Destatsbader from Belgium—the export manager of the Belgian brewery St. Feuillien, which combines centuries of experience in abbey and family brewing. In keeping with the tradition of our dinners at Lambic, our guest will personally share the brewery’s history and present six of St. Feuillien’s finest beers, including Sater Premium Lager, created in collaboration with Brasserie Lambic: Guests will gather at 7:30 p.m. at Lambic, 7s1 Strastnoy Boulevard; dinner begins at 8:00 p.m. Ticket price per person: 5,900₽ Seating is limited. This is Lambic Collection’s first summer, and we’re kicking it off with our long-awaited summer terrace and a revamped menu! Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, has added over 15 new dishes to the menu: fresh salads, tuna and dorado appetizers, salmon skewers, seasonal crayfish, and okroshka — everything you’d want to try outdoors in the summer.
