Burgundy, stretching from Chablis in the north to Beaujolais in the south, is home to more than four thousand producers whose vineyards form an elegant mosaic. Each piece of the puzzle is unique, each wine is one of a kind. Roman Meshitaev, wine sommelier at Lambic Collection, will talk in detail about the brightest representatives of this interesting region, while Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, will prepare dishes for dinner that complement the taste of the wine:
— Bonbon shrimp in potato thread with spicy sauce.
— Beef tartare on potato gratin with truffle aioli.
— Mini spinach with fried oyster mushrooms and enoki mushrooms in sesame sauce.
— Duck leg confit in cherry beer sauce with celery and kale purée.
— Caramel and nut tart with hazelnuts
