On March 26 at 7:30 p.m., Lambic Collection at 12s1 Zvenigorodskaya 2nd Street will host a dinner featuring a tasting of sparkling wines and champagne.
During the dinner, together with sommelier Roman Meshitbaev, we will taste 7 wines ranging from Champagne to historic Pet-Nats. Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, has prepared a 5-course meal to complement the wines:
First Course
— Pet-Nat Rosé
— Roasted Italian olives with kombu

Second course
— Tuna tartare in tofu inari with quail egg

It’s fig season at Lambic Collection! Fig Tart Shortcrust pastry base, nut-free. Homemade fig and raspberry jam sweetened with honey, chantilly cream (light whipped cream with mascarpone and vanilla). Topped with a generous portion of fresh figs.
