The selection of shrimp at Lambic is getting more and more diverse! Large Magadan shrimp on ice with aioli sauce has appeared on the menus of all our restaurants. Their delicate brackish flavor pairs perfectly with blanches from our Beer Atlas, for example Corsendonk with its soft fresh taste with hints of coriander and floral notes.
