The only female chef of our team Irina Terentyeva will host a gastronomic dinner at Brasserie Lambic on Strastnoy Boulevard 7c1 at 20.00 on March 25th where she will present a five-course set of the best Dutch Brasserie Jopen dishes.
Dinner Menu:
- Ball of avocado with tuna and Ponzu sauce accompanied Jopen Super DuPA.
- Duck chicory accompanied by Jacobus Rye Pale Ale.
- Black ravioli with ricotta and truffle sauce accompanied Jopen Northsea IPA.
- Beef with vegetables and Enoki mushrooms accompanied by Jopen Koyt Gruitbier.
- Candies "Truffle" Accompanied by Jopen Doubting Thomas.

Lambic Collection is taking part in the gastronomic festival “Vesper. With Taste”. For two days, the Lucky quarter will turn into a contemporary urban space featuring gastronomy, a cultural program, and activities for residents and visitors.
