A new collection of cocktails in the Lambic Collection

Our first collection of seasonal cocktails turned out to be vibrant, spring-like, floral, and diverse: petals, floral essence, and a whole bud on ice:
No.1 Gin / Aperol / Grenadine / Strawberry essence
No.2 gin / elderflower / blackcurrant liqueur
No.3 gin / lychee / lemongrass / elderflower
No.4 white rum / gin / strawberry-feijoa cordial / rose petals
No.5 white rum / Sarti liqueur / white vermouth / strawberries / viola flowers
No.6 Vodka / Sparkling wine / Grapefruit / Hibiscus
No.7 Alcohol-free, but bursting with the spirit of spring. Made with non-alcoholic red bitters and sparkling wine, featuring strawberry and orange.
