Chocolate candy with Barbe Ruby beer and cherry coulis (400 rubles) is a new dessert at the Lambic restaurant on Bolshaya Ordynka Street. This handmade candy was developed in collaboration with the Teville chocolate workshop, which works exclusively with premium Swiss Felchlin chocolate.
Dark chocolate, rich Barbe Ruby beer ganache, and a hint of cherry tartness make this a special dessert for those who appreciate a signature approach and want a little something sweet to go with their tea or coffee after dinner. The new chocolates are already available on the menu.
And on Friday, March 6, all women will be treated to this dessert as a compliment in honor of the holiday of spring and beauty.

Brasserie Lambic has launched a new special menu — and it’s very special to us! We decided to briefly bring back the spirit of Lambic Seafood and revisit the concept through what we loved most about it — seafood. Dorado, salmon, squid, shrimp, oysters, and sea urchins — the sea is back in the spotlight! And to bring out the flavors of these dishes even more vividly, we recommend pairing them with sparkling wines. We’ve also put together a selection of perfect matches — all you have to do is choose the pairing that suits your mood! This offer is valid only at Brasserie Lambic at 7s1 Strastnoy Boulevard.
