Friends, we’re launching a club for all beer lovers, enthusiasts, and anyone who’s simply curious — people who’d like to learn more about beer, its history, and try a wide variety of brews! On Wednesday, September 16, at 8:00 p.m., Brasserie Lambic will host the first meeting of the beer lovers’ club, titled “Indian Summer.” Together with our beer sommelier, Fyodor Muzhichenkov, we’ll taste four fruity varieties, chat, and just have a good time. Brasserie Lambic has launched a new special menu — and it’s very special to us! We decided to briefly bring back the spirit of Lambic Seafood and revisit the concept through what we loved most about it — seafood. Dorado, salmon, squid, shrimp, oysters, and sea urchins — the sea is back in the spotlight! And to bring out the flavors of these dishes even more vividly, we recommend pairing them with sparkling wines.
