Lambic Collection is taking part in the gastronomic festival “Vesper. With Taste”. For two days, the Lucky quarter will turn into a contemporary urban space featuring gastronomy, a cultural program, and activities for residents and visitors. The festival will bring together restaurants, cafes, local brands, and residents of the quarter. Brasserie Lambic has launched a new special menu — and it’s very special to us! We decided to briefly bring back the spirit of Lambic Seafood and revisit the concept through what we loved most about it — seafood. Dorado, salmon, squid, shrimp, oysters, and sea urchins — the sea is back in the spotlight! And to bring out the flavors of these dishes even more vividly, we recommend pairing them with sparkling wines. We’ve also put together a selection of perfect matches — all you have to do is choose the pairing that suits your mood! This offer is valid only at Brasserie Lambic at 7s1 Strastnoy Boulevard.
