Lunch at Lambic Collection
Lambic Collection, the flagship restaurant from the Brasserie Lambic team, is launching a special lunch menu.
From Monday to Friday, from 12:00 to 16:00, you can enjoy balanced and satisfying restaurant-quality lunch combinations:
Two-course lunch — from 890₽ to 1100₽
Full three-course lunch — 1450₽
Salads and appetizers — from classic salads with fresh vegetables and coleslaw to Belgian-style beef tartare and tuna tartare with tofu inari.
Soups — warming oxtail soup, rich borscht with duck, or delicate pumpkin soup.
Hot dishes — famous Liège-style chicken cutlet, Buden-Blanc cutlets with mashed potatoes, and seared squid with tomatoes and suluguni cheese.
Special — a section with full portions of dishes that is regularly updated — aromatic Pho broth and rice noodles with beef and vegetables.
Affogato with vanilla ice cream or lemon Madeleines — dessert options for the perfect end to your meal.

On December 17 at 7:30 p.m., Lambic Collection at 2 Zvenigorodskaya Street, 12s1, will host the first tasting of six authentic Trappist ales produced in Belgium: 1. Chimay Gold 2. Orval3. Westmalle dubbel4. Rochefort 85. St.Bernardus Tripel6. La Trappe Quadrupel The beer tasting will be conducted by Fyodor Muzhichenkov, a beer sommelier, who will talk in detail about the history of the Trappist order, its secrets, and its influence on global brewing culture. Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, has prepared special snacks to complement the taste of the beer. The cost of an electronic ticket for the tasting is 3900 rubles. Guests will gather at 7:00 p.m. at Lambic Collection at 2nd Zvenigorodskaya 12s1. The number of seats is limited, seating at a communal table. Electronic tickets can be purchased on the delivery website or at Lambic Collection, 2nd Zvenigorodskaya 12s1. To purchase an electronic ticket: 1) Add the electronic ticket to your cart on the delivery website. 2) When placing your order, specify any delivery address. 3) After paying for the electronic ticket, a restaurant manager will contact you within a day to clarify the details.
