Lambic Collection, the flagship restaurant from the Brasserie Lambic team, is launching a special lunch menu.
From Monday to Friday, from 12:00 to 16:00, you can enjoy balanced and satisfying restaurant-quality lunch combinations:
Two-course lunch — from 890₽ to 1190₽
Full three-course lunch — 1550₽
Salads and appetizers — from classic vinaigrette with sauerkraut and the beloved Caesar salad with chicken to refreshing chuka seaweed with squid and spinach, filet américain with french fries, and Belgian-style beef tartare.
Soups — choose from hearty Hungarian cabbage soup with smoked meats, creamy zucchini soup with crispy croutons, or light chicken broth with noodles and meatballs.
Hot dishes — include juicy Buden Blanc meatballs with rice in tomato sauce, classic chicken Kiev with mashed potatoes, a shrimp burger with pickled cucumber, or the popular mac and cheese.
Special — rice noodles with beef and vegetables — a hearty dish with vibrant Asian flavors.
Affogato with vanilla ice cream or lemon Madeleines — dessert options for the perfect end to your meal.

Every Wednesday at Brasserie Lambic, the restaurant waives the markup on ten popular menu items. Through mid-May, guests can enjoy the menu’s best-sellers at cost price every Wednesday. Ten dishes from the main menu are featured in the promotion each week, and the selection will change weekly. The rules are simple: head to Lambic on Wednesday, look for the burgundy price tags on the menu, and enjoy the chain’s most popular dishes at the best possible price. Lambic Collection’s Head Pastry Chef Angelina Morozova presents the long-awaited Easter kulich cakes: featuring homemade candied orange peel, raisins, and cranberries soaked in Cointreau. The kulich cakes are prepared using the biga method, and the dough is fermented for 20 hours.
