Brasserie Lambic brand-chef Arthur Nam has prepared a special Lenten menu, which will be available from early March to Easter on April 19.
On the menu:

Eggplant in marinade with couscous
Salad with baked vegetables and corn oil
Zucchini stuffed with lentils and lecho

Tomato soup with ciabatta
Main courses:
Fried potatoes and mushrooms
Fried tofu with green beans
Shawarma with falafel and tomatoes

Coconut panacotta with fresh berries
