Lambic now offers an exclusive selection of rare beers, created for those who appreciate unique flavors and unusual combinations.

We always find rare varieties for you that are only available in our restaurants, so that every visit becomes a real tasting experience.

 

Try our new additions:

— OUDE KRIEK — a traditional aged cherry lambic with a rich fruity aroma;

— EXPORT PORTER 1750 — an imperial porter brewed according to an old English recipe from 1750;

— MIGHTY MATROEJKA — a thick and strong imperial stout, aged in barrels that previously held May rum and sweet sherry, with notes of dried fruit, honey, chocolate, molasses, and nuts;

— SINT AMATUS RESERVA — a luxurious Belgian treasure from 2021, aged in American oak barrels that previously stored Woodfood Reserva bourbon;

— DARK MASTER — a Belgian-style imperial stout, dry-fermented with noticeable notes of coffee, dried fruit, and chocolate;

— ENJOY THE SILENCE — a silky, viscous quadrupel with notes of fruit, caramel, and noticeable hopping;

— CASSIS 2024 — a traditional lambic macerated with blackcurrants, released in 2024.

Every Wednesday at Brasserie Lambic, the restaurant waives the markup on ten popular menu items. Through mid-May, guests can enjoy the menu’s best-sellers at cost price every Wednesday. Ten dishes from the main menu are featured in the promotion each week, and the selection will change weekly. The rules are simple: head to Lambic on Wednesday, look for the burgundy price tags on the menu, and enjoy the chain’s most popular dishes at the best possible price.  If you haven’t visited Brasserie Lambic yet, this is the perfect opportunity! Introducing the first menu update at Lambic Collection! Our chef, Ivan Negutarov, has created 15 new dishes that are the perfect accompaniment to the drinks on Lambic’s beer and wine lists!  Let’s start our tour of the new dishes with the appetizers section — beef tartare with ndui sauce, steamed brioche with beef short ribs, turkey pâté, cheese croquettes with jamón, and beef brisket tacos. For salads, there’s a new mushroom salad with baby spinach, sautéed oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. In the main courses section, be sure to try the new mini burgers with a trendy presentation in pepper sauce or the burger with crispy dorado. For a group, we recommend the pork knuckle or the crispy-breaded sea bream with squid. In the guests’ favorite “Pasta” section, there are three new additions: shrimp ravioli, Roman-style carbonara, and spaghetti with meatballs in a meat sauce. Our pastry chef, Angelina Morozova, has created three new desserts, and each one is worth trying:  — Tiramisu: homemade savoiardi cookies with mascarpone mousse and caramel. — Belgian Waffle: a coffee mousse dessert shaped like a Belgian waffle. — Lemon Choux: two mousse pastries with a liquid center inside. We hope these new dishes will be a great excuse to get together with friends and family at Lambic Collection!
