A Russian stout was added to the tap, created according to the recipe of Scottish brewing — Ballantine, which demonstrates a pleasant harmonious taste with creamy texture. Excellent wheat Limburgse Witte and Paulaner have been added. Petrus Blonde perfectly complemented the line of blondes on crane.

Another Russian novelty in atlas — Bullevie Queency — sparkling semi-dry cider filled with a bright aroma of apples. The assortment of bottle positions was supplemented by hits from Bockor, Roman, Samuel Smith, Brasserie Des Legendes, Bosteels and Magic Rock breweries, in total more than 20 new items!All new items are already in the restaurant, and  we wait for you to evaluate them!

We are pleased to announce the most ambitious gastronomic project in the world in terms of the number of participating cities and restaurants — the Russian Restaurant Festival 2025, which will take place at Lambic Seafood from October 15 to 30. This year, we have created a unique 4-course menu that combines Russian specialties, Belgian gastronomy, and European trends: —  Cantabrian sardines with tartar sauce on Borodino bread from our own bakery. —  Potato croquettes with truffle aioli and cold-smoked butterfish. —  Vareniki with potatoes and sturgeon, served with pike caviar and sour cream. —  White chocolate mousse with sea urchin caviar and capers. On October 22 at 8 p.m., Lambic at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard will host a tasting of six Belgian blond ales. The beer tasting will be led by Ilya Mukhin, a beer sommelier, who will talk in detail about the origins of the style, how it differs from others, and the characteristics of each blonde ale from the tasting: 1. Omer Traditional Blonde 2. La Trappe Blond 3. Delirium Tremens 4. Ename Blond 5. Petrus Blond6. Averbode The cost of an electronic ticket for the tasting is 4990 rubles. Guests will gather at 7:30 p.m. at Lambic on Gogolevsky Boulevard 33/1. The number of seats is limited.
