To make the mood even more festive, Brasserie Lambic restaurants in Moscow City and Bolshaya Ordynka have launched a special New Year’s menu featuring dishes that are particularly desirable for the New Year’s table, prepared by chef Vasily Ratner.
A sandwich with red caviar and whipped butter (130 ₽), herring under a fur coat with veal tongue (990 ₽), the beloved «shuba» salad with smoked mackerel and shallots (590 rubles) — all dishes are decorated in a New Year’s style and served in the best traditions of Delirium Noel restaurants — with Christmas trees, tinsel, and slightly drunk.
