New Lambic near Novoslobodskaya metro station!
We opened the doors of the 17th restaurant of our network in Moscow. The new restaurant is located in a beautiful historical place next to the cult publishing house "Enlightenment" on Krasnoproletarskaya street 16с2, 5 minutes walk from m. "Novoslobodskaya" !.
For those who like to dine in the fresh air, we have equipped a large veranda under centuries-old fir trees. And for those who love interactive activities, we advise you to watch the cooks at work in the hall with open kitchen. This is Lambic Collection’s first summer, and we’re kicking it off with our long-awaited summer terrace and a revamped menu! Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, has added over 15 new dishes to the menu: fresh salads, tuna and dorado appetizers, salmon skewers, seasonal crayfish, and okroshka — everything you’d want to try outdoors in the summer.
