New Lambic near Novoslobodskaya metro station!
We opened the doors of the 17th restaurant of our network in Moscow. The new restaurant is located in a beautiful historical place next to the cult publishing house "Enlightenment" on Krasnoproletarskaya street 16с2, 5 minutes walk from m. "Novoslobodskaya" !.
For those who like to dine in the fresh air, we have equipped a large veranda under centuries-old fir trees. And for those who love interactive activities, we advise you to watch the cooks at work in the hall with open kitchen. On May 13 at 8:00 PM, Lambic Collection will host a light spring tasting of traditional Belgian lambic with fruit. This time, together with sommelier Fyodor Muzhichenkov, we will sample some interesting and rare Belgian varieties: 1. Tilquin Oude Quetsche a l'Ancienne 2. Cantillion Rose 3. Hanssens Cassis 4. 3Fonteinen Oude Kriek As always, Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, will prepare appetizers for the tasting that perfectly complement the flavors of the Belgian lambics.
