Oktoberfest in Lambic
We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join us at the largest beer festival in the world! This year, in keeping with this wonderful tradition, we've created this menu in collaboration with Miratorg, inspired by the recent festival.
We'll start with a crispy pretzel, which we all look forward to every year, and flaky roti with pulled pork! For main courses, we'll have pork loin schnitzel and smoked pork brisket with crispy cauliflower. Pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas!
The star of the menu is traditionally the mini bone-in pork knuckle! This year, we're glazing it in demi-glace sauce and serving it with mashed potatoes and French fries.
In partnership with the Moscow Summer Festival, we’ve set up a food stand across from the Sergei Yesenin monument on Tverskoy Boulevard, where we’ll be grilling burgers, hot dogs, and our famous Belgian potato waffles on an open grill through August 3. Come enjoy the summer with Lambic!

For the new seasonal menu, we’ve once again joined forces with Miratorg to pool our knowledge and experience in working with meat and have created nine dishes inspired by vibrant Asian flavors and combinations: — Pan-seared roll with squid and pork. — Taco with pork and muer mushrooms. — Pan-seared beef with rice, kimchi, and egg. — Pan-seared chicken with rice, kimchi, and egg. — Roti with Sichuan-style beef. — Cucumber salad with pork. — Pork belly with mashed potatoes and apple. — Filet mignon with Kenyan beans and shiitake mushrooms. — Rack of lamb with couscous and raisins.
