Lenten menu at Lambic!
Traditionally, in Lambic, we prepared a special offer during Lent.
In the main menu, look for dishes marked with a special sign. We especially recommend the proven hit — shawarma with falafel, vegetables and lean sauce. Also on the lenten menu: rich mushroom soup, author's salad with quinoa, avocado and lemon sauce, vegetable spring rolls and buckwheat with mushrooms.
We will tell separately about the lunch menu, which we prepare on workdays from 12:00 to 17:00. Until the end of Lent, every week we offer 4 new Lenten dishes. Next week, try a salad with potatoes and pickled mushrooms, minestrone with lean sour cream, buckwheat noodles with mushrooms in teriyaki sauce, and dessert pumpkin mousse.
