Brasserie Lambic operates on the following schedule during the New Year holidays:
December 31 — open from 11:00 to 18:00.
January 1 — open from 14:00 to 00:00.
January 2-7 — work from 11:00 to 00:00.
January 8 — work from 11:00 to 23:00.
