Business lunch at Brasserie Lambic this week will last 6 days
from 15  to 20 February, and we will prepare an updated lunch menu from 24 February to 5 March.< /p>

Introducing the first menu update at Lambic Collection! Our chef, Ivan Negutarov, has created 15 new dishes that are the perfect accompaniment to the drinks on Lambic&rsquo;s beer and wine lists!&nbsp; Let&rsquo;s start our tour of the new dishes with the appetizers section &mdash; beef tartare with ndui sauce, steamed brioche with beef short ribs, turkey p&acirc;t&eacute;, cheese croquettes with jam&oacute;n, and beef brisket tacos. For salads, there&rsquo;s a new mushroom salad with baby spinach, saut&eacute;ed oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. In the main courses section, be sure to try the new mini burgers with a trendy presentation in pepper sauce or the burger with crispy dorado. For a group, we recommend the pork knuckle or the crispy-breaded sea bream with squid. In the guests&rsquo; favorite &ldquo;Pasta&rdquo; section, there are three new additions: shrimp ravioli, Roman-style carbonara, and spaghetti with meatballs in a meat sauce. Our pastry chef, Angelina Morozova, has created three new desserts, and each one is worth trying:&nbsp; &mdash; Tiramisu: homemade savoiardi cookies with mascarpone mousse and caramel. &mdash; Belgian Waffle: a coffee mousse dessert shaped like a Belgian waffle. &mdash; Lemon Choux: two mousse pastries with a liquid center inside. We hope these new dishes will be a great excuse to get together with friends and family at Lambic Collection!&nbsp;

During the dinner, together with sommelier Roman Meshitbaev, we will taste 7 wines ranging from Champagne to historic Pet-Nats.
