Russian Restaurant Festival in Brasserie Lambic!
From 15 September to 5 October, Brasserie Lambic will take part in the largest gastronomic project in the world — the sixth Russian Restaurant Festival.
Our brand chef Evgeny Goncharov has developed an author's set of 3 dishes: venison carpaccio with vodka berry gel, grilled zucchini with carrot purée and baked potatoes with mussels and parmesan .
In addition to the gastronomic set, each Lambic restaurant will offer a set called Café Courvoisier, which will include bird's milk dessert, a 25 ml portion of French Courvoisier VSOP cognac and freshly brewed espresso.

At Lambic, we celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join us for the world’s largest beer festival! As is tradition, we created this menu together with Miratorg, inspired by the German festival. We’re starting with the long-awaited pretzel, which this year comes in three varieties: with melted butter, bacon, or beef brisket! For the main course, choose a pork loin schnitzel with a fresh Romaine lettuce salad, half a chicken with adjika, or grilled sausages with stewed cabbage. Pair it all with German beer varieties from the Beer Atlas! The traditional star of the menu is our mini pork knuckle on the bone!
