Our favorite season has begun, when you can dive into the cozy nostalgia of childhood and family traditions! That’s why we continue the tradition of last year and relaunch the menu «Russian Seasons» to plunge into those very memories!
We recommend to start with bright appetizers. Familiar and favorite dishes from childhood are waiting for you there, but in the author’s presentation by Lambic. For example, smoked duck cold cakes with mustard and horseradish cream, which we serve with cucumber relish and garlic croutons. We also recommend bruschetta with cod liver mousse, cucumber, red caviar and quail egg, as well as beet cream with anchovies, capers, pai potatoes and Borodino croutons.
Main courses included dumplings with potatoes, mushrooms and truffle cream sauce, veal and chicken fried cutlet with yam and miso sauce, and Murmansk halibut with celery root cream, coconut sauce, red caviar and yam chips. We recommend the perfect bar accompaniment to the dishes — cocktails and homemade infusions, which our team prepares by ourselves!
In order to warm up try the northern fish soup with red caviar and ciabatta crouton, and to lift your mood we recommend fragrant apple pie with cranberries and vanilla sauce!
The new seasonal menu is available in all Lambic restaurants in Moscow, except for the restaurants at 10c6 Neverovsky St., 65 Bolshaya Ordynka St. and 10 block B Presnenskaya Embankment.

That’s exactly how many restaurants we now have in Moscow, all located in a wide variety of convenient and comfortable spots for you! To mark our anniversary, we’ve created more than 15 new dishes, inspired by the warmth and trust you show us when you visit with your families, host business meetings, or simply seek a cozy spot to enjoy a glass of beer or wine. These aren’t just new additions—they’re our culinary declarations of love! On our anniversary menu, you’ll find a wide variety of new appetizers: Spanish empanadas, spicy eggplant in Thai sauce, juicy brisket tacos, Portuguese croquettes, and delicate cod rillettes. We now serve mussels in a new tomato sauce, and Belgian waffles with pork crackling and oyster mushrooms. For main courses, we recommend Mediterranean-style salmon, chicken thighs with baby corn, lightly smoked sea bass or dorado, and—as the perfect accompaniment to beer—mini burgers or strip loin with french fries! This is Lambic Collection’s first summer, and we’re kicking it off with our long-awaited summer terrace and a revamped menu! Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, has added over 15 new dishes to the menu: fresh salads, tuna and dorado appetizers, salmon skewers, seasonal crayfish, and okroshka — everything you’d want to try outdoors in the summer. And pastry chef Angelina Morozova has completely revamped the dessert menu, which now reads like a must-have checklist for a beach vacation: coconut, pink flamingo, banana, and much more!
