Only at Brasserie Lambic on Strastnoy and Gogolevsky Boulevard, as well as in Bolshoi Cherkassky Lane from Sunday to Wednesday you can order unlimited amounts of pork ribs for only 1100 rubles! Cooked according to the traditional recipe - baked with rosemary, garlic and black pepper, then grilled to a crispy crust in a spicy-sweet sauce according to our special recipe and served with baked potatoes and homemade pickles. Believe me, it's unbelievably delicious!
If you order once, you can ask for an unlimited number of times for an extra portion of ribs! The condition is simple - you must enjoy the dish alone, without sharing the pleasure with anyone else, and make sure to accompany the evening with your favorite beer from our Beer Atlas!

Each piece of the puzzle is unique, each wine is one of a kind. Roman Meshitaev, wine sommelier at Lambic Collection, will talk in detail about the brightest representatives of this interesting region, while Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, will prepare dishes for dinner that complement the taste of the wine: — Bonbon shrimp in potato thread with spicy sauce.— Beef tartare on potato gratin with truffle aioli.— Mini spinach with fried oyster mushrooms and enoki mushrooms in sesame sauce.— Duck leg confit in cherry beer sauce with celery and kale purée.— Caramel and nut tart with hazelnuts Ticket price per person: 8,500 rubles.
