On June 24 at 7:30 p.m., we will be joined by Stijn Destatsbader from Belgium—the export manager of the Belgian brewery St. Feuillien, which combines centuries of experience in abbey and family brewing.   In keeping with the tradition of our dinners at Lambic, our guest will personally share the brewery’s history and present six of St. Feuillien’s finest beers, including Sater Premium Lager, created in collaboration with Brasserie Lambic: Guests will gather at 7:30 p.m. at Lambic, 7s1 Strastnoy Boulevard; dinner begins at 8:00 p.m. Ticket price per person: 5,900₽ Seating is limited. Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, has added over 15 new dishes to the menu: fresh salads, tuna and dorado appetizers, salmon skewers, seasonal crayfish, and okroshka — everything you’d want to try outdoors in the summer.
