Sommelier Roman Meshitbaev is responsible for the wine list at Lambic Collection, which he compiled based on wine trends, adding everyone's favorite classics.
Simple, clear, and concise, it includes both popular wines and rare specimens. Add to this an impressive array of glasses, each of which will reveal the wine in a special way, and you can enjoy a wide range of flavors and aromas. The most popular wines were selected in a blind tasting: not just Prosecco, but the most aromatic and vibrant; not just Riesling from Mosel, but the one with the perfect balance of flavors. On May 28 at 8:00 PM, Lambic Collection at 12 bld.1 2nd Zvenigorodskaya Street will host a dinner in collaboration with “Miratorg”. Welcome Codorniu Mediterrania Marine Brut DO First Course Paris-style beef tenderloin tartare Kir-Yianni Naoussa Second Course Cheese gougères with rabbit liver pâté and cured ribeye Viu Manent Reserva Carmenere Third Course Striploin with spiced eggplant Alta Vista Malbec Premium Fourth Course Filet mignon with Kenyan beans and shiitake mushrooms Ramon Bilbao Reserva DOCa Fifth Course Satyr and chocolate Churchill's Fine Ruby Port Ivan Kalinko, wine sommelier, will present and guide guests through the bright wines of the evening provided by FortWine, while Ivan Negutarov, chef of Lambic Collection, will prepare dishes featuring premium Miratorg beef specially paired with the wines.
