Brasserie Lambic confidently enters winter with a renewed Beer Atlas. A pre-holiday change occurred in the draught beer section: the world's top positions appeared on the menu: coffee and chocolate Kasteel Barista Chocolate Quad, the famous Belgian ale La Trappe Isidor, as well as the iconic Danish craft beer Mikkeller.
In the section of bottled beer the section of breweries from other countries, not only Belgium, was expanded, for example, the positions of one of the oldest English breweries - Samuel Smith were added.
And traditionally, during the winter, a special Christmas section takes a special place in the beer menu. Strong, spicy varieties such as Delirium Christmas and Spencer Holiday will warm you up with a light touch of spice and put you in a festive mood!
Introducing the Striploin Special menu at Brasserie Lambic! Brand chef Ivan Negutarov of Lambic Collection has developed three dishes especially for this menu in collaboration with Miratorg: — Spaghetti with striploin meatballs in a creamy tomato sauce with Parmesan cheese. — Striploin meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce with feta cheese and herbs. — Striploin steak with pepper sauce and French fries. On February 12 at 8 p.m., Lambic at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard will host a tasting of six beers that reflect the color and richness of Belgian brewing. The beer tasting will be led by Fedor Muzhichenkov, a beer sommelier, who will talk in detail about the most famous Belgian breweries and the iconic recipes they have revived and given a new lease of life: 1. Rodenbach Grand Cru2. La Chouffe Blond3. Adriaen Brouwer Oaked4. Averbode5. St. Feuillien Quadrupel 6. Boon Framboise Each serving will be accompanied by an appetizer or dish that will enhance the taste of the beer and complete the composition. The cost of an electronic ticket for the tasting is 3,900 rubles. Guests gather at 7:30 p.m. at Lambic on Gogolevsky Boulevard 33/1. Seating is limited.
