<p>Dry cider with a mild refreshing flavor. It is created according to traditional Normandy technology from selected autumn apples, hand-picked from September to December. The fruit is crushed with the peel and aged for 48 hours for maximum flavor development. After pressing, the juice undergoes natural clarification by the kiwing method, an ancient technique known since the first apple orchards. Fermentation takes place with wild yeast without the addition of sugar or water. Next, the cider is carefully filtered to remove turbidity and then bottled at a low temperature in specialty round bottles.</p> <p><strong>Flavor profiles</strong></p> <p>Galipette Brut cider has a refreshing, drinkable, pleasantly mild flavor with an expressive apple profile and a dry, noble aftertaste.
