Selected fruits are harvested from September to December, and then after careful crushing with the peel, they are infused for 48 hours. Kiwing technology, an ancient method of natural clarification, preserves the fruit's natural sweetness. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast without added sugar or water creates a recognizable flavor. After blending, the cider undergoes delicate filtration, acquiring crystal clarity and deep amber color. </p> <p><strong>Flavor Features</strong></p> <p>Cider Galipette Rose has a delicate, drinkable flavor, with a delicate fruity sweetness and the characteristic tartness of apple peel. The aftertaste reveals strawberry nuances with a slight spicy spice, giving the drink a special freshness and tonic effect. In the aroma, the pronounced apple base is complemented by shades of ripe forest berries and subtle tones of currant leaf.</p> <p><strong>Gastronomic combinations</strong></p> <p>Ideal for independent consumption.
