A light, unfiltered wheat beer with a refreshing character, brewed according to a monastic recipe in open vats in the monastery’s historic brewery cellars. First produced in 1993, this beer is very popular not only in its home country.   Tasting Notes   The beer has a very fresh and smooth taste, filled with notes of wheat, banana, cloves, sweet malt, and white bread. The finish features a balance of honeyed tones, elegant acidity, and a subtle hop bitterness.
