Collin’s British Stout (draft)

<p>The name Collins refers to the place of production, and British Stout reminds us that historically Bartonwood was part of the royal forestlands. Collin's British Stout embodies the rich experience of Bartonwood brewers.</p> <p>The stout is brewed at Robinson Brewery, by top fermentation. A mixture of carbon dioxide and nitrogen gas is used when bottling the beer. The presence of "mixed" gas in Collin's British Stout provides an avalanche effect when pouring the stout into the glass.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Gastronomic combinations:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The beer pairs well with oysters, salmon and shellfish.
