A light wheat ale that was voted the world's best Bavarian wheat beer in 2015. It impresses with its fruity taste and pronounced fullness. Because of the slightly lower hop content and higher carbonation, the ale would be the perfect summer drink to pair with any appetizer and almost any dish.   In 2019, Hel's Schnitzlbaumer Weisse ale won a silver medal at the World Beer Awards in the "Beer from Germany" category. Schnitzlbaumer is a private German brewery that has been around for 440 years, is the oldest brewery in Traunstein and the youngest private brewery.
