John Martin

A peach lambic that is part of the famous Timmermans line of fruit beers. The producer is the Belgian brewery John Martin, which traces its history back to 1909. Timmermans Peche Lambicus is made on a base of 30% wheat by spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels. The result is a unique beer with a beautiful golden color, with the taste and aroma of juicy natural peach. Like other original lambics, Timmermans Peche Lambicus is produced strictly at the facilities located in the Senna River valley within 15 kilometers from Brussels.

Flavor characteristics

The beer has a velvety, refreshing taste dominated by expressive notes of peach. The aroma has fruity tones.

Gastronomic combinations

The drink is often served as an aperitif or digestif. It will also pair well with pastries, various desserts and fruit salads.
