Unfiltered fruit ale from Wallonia. It has a beautiful golden amber color with an apricot hue and a rather high strength for such drinks - 8,5%. The prototype of this type was a cocktail, which many years ago was created by ordinary students. They mixed Bush Amber beer with peach ghee. To create Peche Mel Bush, the producers used a natural peach extract, which complements the unique bitterness of the underlying Bush Amber beer. The result is a perfectly balanced drink that can be rightly called almost the strongest fruit beer in the world.

Flavor profile

The drink has a balanced, fresh, creamy taste, sweet, but not sugary, with a pleasant texture. Notes of peach, malt, stone fruit and white grapes dominate. The aroma also has a hint of citrus.

Gastronomic combinations

In restaurants Peche Mel Bush beer is often served as an aperitif or digestif. The drink also goes well with salads and light snacks.
