An exquisite Belgian brown ale, produced in a limited edition. It has a beautiful dark brown color with amber highlights and a thick beige head. Monk's Café beer is made using a special technology: a blend of fresh and three-year-old aged tripel matures in oak barrels for six months, and before bottling, a special lager is added to it, which provides the perfect balance of taste and strength of 5.5%. The manufacturer is the Van Steenberge brewery, whose history began in 1784.

Taste characteristics

Monk's Café Grand Cru beer has a rich, multifaceted taste, where the characteristic sourness is harmoniously intertwined with malty sweetness, notes of caramel, wine, balsamic vinegar, and light hints of oak wood.
