Restaurant Too Much: A new drinking spot on the city map
100 European bottled beers and 16 draught beer taps; laconic but up-to-date wine list and menu divided into two parts: eternal beer classics and European hits in author's interpretation - new bar Too Much started its work on Tverskaya
The new Too Much restaurant, opened in early October on Maliy Gnezdnikovskiy Lane, is dedicated to a hot topic in Moscow - a mix of the eternal love of beer with a desire to drink beer from leading European producers and to snack on it not only with croutons and ribs, but with multi-component dishes with complex flavors and designer sauces. Plus the combination of beer and wine from the Old and New World on the same platform.
The restaurant is located in an old, turn-of-the-century Moscow mansion, the interior is based on a combination of classic loft and laconic Nordic: vintage brickwork, light wood tables, black wrought iron details. In the main hall of the restaurant there are high tables with paired chairs and small tables with sofas and armchairs, one wall is a stylized bar. Stylized because there is no actual bar in the restaurant: taps are built into the wall, various beer mugs are on top, and every waiter is (in fact and education) a beer sommelier. In the small hall of the restaurant there is coziness and pleasant semi-darkness, and in the special beer room with glass walls there is coldness and countless shelves with beer.
The beer list includes five countries and a hundred of the best bottled beers from Germany, Scotland, Denmark, Belgium and Holland. Belgium, the country with the most styles and varieties, is represented by Trappists and a few young producers. From England and Scotland come porters and stouts. From Denmark are rare beers created especially to accompany Scandinavian cuisine - blondes, classic black ales, Indian ales (perfectly combined with sorrels). From Germany, seasonal beers; stout beers; and simple pale ales. And Belgian fruity varieties are meant to create competition for Prosecco.

This is Lambic Collection’s first summer, and we’re kicking it off with our long-awaited summer terrace and a revamped menu! Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, has added over 15 new dishes to the menu: fresh salads, tuna and dorado appetizers, salmon skewers, seasonal crayfish, and okroshka — everything you’d want to try outdoors in the summer. And pastry chef Angelina Morozova has completely revamped the dessert menu, which now reads like a must-have checklist for a beach vacation: coconut, pink flamingo, banana, and much more! See you at Lambic Collection!
