In all Brasserie Lambic there is an exclusive, for the first time brought to Russia,
Westvleteren beer by Trappist monks from Belgium.
Trappist ales brewed by the monks of the Cistercian order of strict observance within the walls of the monastery, with the observance of secret technologies and recipes, are a unique style of beer and an important chapter in the history of world brewing. Trappist monks produce beer, liquors, household chemicals, foodstuffs, and cheese, among other things. The proceeds from sales go to monasteries and charity.
A 330ml bottle of reference ale for 1400 rubles is a good investment: the beer is stored for years, maturing and improving its flavor qualities.

On May 13 at 8:00 PM, Lambic Collection will host a light spring tasting of traditional Belgian lambic with fruit. This time, together with sommelier Fyodor Muzhichenkov, we will sample some interesting and rare Belgian varieties: 1. Tilquin Oude Quetsche a l'Ancienne 2. Cantillion Rose 3. Hanssens Cassis 4. 3Fonteinen Oude Kriek As always, Ivan Negutarov, chef at Lambic Collection, will prepare appetizers for the tasting that perfectly complement the flavors of the Belgian lambics.
