New LAMBIC restaurant on Gogol Boulevard!

The Upster management company (Edge, Too Much, Brasserie Lambic) has opened a new restaurant Lambic on Arbatskaya

Facility's concept is already reflected in the name: here they honor the purity of the genre and cook dishes on an open grill, previously keeping the meat in the author's marinades.

For gourmets, every Thursday they cook lamb on an open fire. The meat, a young lamb, is sent to the spit, custom-made for the restaurant and installed right in the hall!

The browned meat is added to burgers and salads and served solo. Start your meal with grilled quail nicoise or chicken liver pâté with currant marmalade. For the first course, you can have tom kha with chicken or chicken noodles with dumplings, and for the main course, you can have turkey kebab, chicken kebab or whole cornichon chicken.

As an exception, there are a few beef and fish dishes, vegetable side dishes and American-style desserts. Marbled beef tar-tar, smelt or tuna on an open fire, incredibly tender cheesecake or juicy lemon meringue pie - the selection is quite wide.

The menu was compiled by chef Elgiz Abdulkhakov, the former head of the Goodman kitchen, along with Brasserie Lambic brand chef Evgeny Vakhrushev. Maxim Velmakin, who worked with Mikhail Zelman in London for about a year, also helped to create marinades, sauces and desserts.

The restaurant's space is divided into three halls, not counting the spacious summer veranda. Interior details set the right mood: monolithic stone countertop, open bar, the list of which is focused on draft beer - there are 16 varieties, including domestic. Wine, of course, is also present, and any kind - from sparkling and rosé to white and red - can be ordered both by the glass and by the bottle.
