Lambic Brasserie opened on Strastnoy Boulevard. This is the chain's seventh restaurant.
The concept of Lambic remains unchanged: now there is an authentic Brussels brasserie on Pushkinskaya, where European beer traditions are honored. Belgian beer is Lambic's visiting card: from Lambic and Stout to all kinds of ales and lagers. All in all, the new restaurant has more than two hundred positions by the bottle, and 20 - on tap. The entire assortment is housed in a stainless steel koldrum.
The center of attraction in the brasserie on Strastnoy is the open kitchen, which first appeared in Lambic. And next to it - the chef's table, sitting behind which the guests can observe the cooking.
The impeccably thought-out menu is composed of time-tested hits. A large section of grilled dishes, BBQ, bite-sized beer snacks and hearty hot dishes - all the things that guests have loved about the Lambic chain for more than eight years, are also available at the new restaurant.
Lambic serves "Kataifi" shrimps (560 rubles) and fried Camembert (740 rubles) with beer, and for the first course we offer beef goulash soup (530 rubles) or chicken broth with homemade noodles (390 rubles).
Seriously hungry? Try the ribeye (2,200 rubles), lamb Liege-style with potatoes (690 rubles), stewed beef in Bourgogne des Flandres with baked potatoes (890 rubles), beef beef beef stroganoff with mashed potatoes (780 rubles) or chicken cutlets with baked potatoes and bleu cheese sauce (580 rubles). For dessert you can choose Belgian waffles (420 rubles) or pistachio roll with fresh raspberries (470 rubles).
What's particularly important - you can easily find a pair of a wide range of beers to any position of the impressive menu. If necessary, Lambic's beer sommeliers, who are ideally versed in the issues of pairing, will help the guests.

Lambic continues to introduce its guests to contemporary art. In collaboration with TIHO Gallery, we are pleased to present the collaborative exhibition project "We Are Here" by Lena Byr and LARKANDRE, now on display at Lambic, Gogolevsky Boulevard 33/1. Each artwork has been created by two artists — Lena Byr and LARKANDRE — working simultaneously on the same canvas, combining their distinct artistic languages into a single visual statement. The central theme of the project is the human sense of self within the vastness of nature. Through the artists' compositions, viewers are invited to recognize their connection to the world around them. The dimensions, compositions, and color palettes of the artworks were developed specifically for the interior of the Lambic restaurant. Every piece was created with its exact location, the architecture of the space, and its proportions in mind. As a result, the artworks exist in dialogue with the interior and have become an integral part of it. All artworks on display are available for purchase. TIHO Gallery is an independent art gallery founded by Irina and Yan Tikhonenko. The gallery is located in Moscow, in a historic 19th-century mansion in the Chistye Prudy district.

The long-awaited chanterelle season at Lambic! We’ve selected three dishes from our main menu that we’re now preparing with chanterelles: — Potatoes with chanterelles, feta cream, and herbs — Smoked roast beef from the picanya cut with chanterelles, capers, arugula, and Parmesan — Fettuccine with brisket, chanterelles, and Parmesan in a sweet pepper sauce We simmer the chanterelles in garlic oil with white wine and parsley. The oil brings out their fruity aroma, while the wine adds a refined touch of acidity.
