On November 29th Lambic is holding a private meeting with Mike Wildemiersch, Export Manager of Cornelissen brewery in Belgium.
The brewery has a history of several centuries - you must agree, there is a lot to tell!
Let's talk about the success of the development of the brewery, the advantages of the company, but most importantly, of course, about beer!
We will be tasting the most delicious Belgian beers, accompanied by various appetizers (Lambic knows all about the right flavor combinations)!

We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join us at the largest beer festival in the world! This year, in keeping with this wonderful tradition, we've created this menu in collaboration with Miratorg, inspired by the recent festival. We'll start with a crispy pretzel, which we all look forward to every year, and flaky roti with pulled pork! For main courses, we'll have pork loin schnitzel and smoked pork brisket with crispy cauliflower. Pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas! The star of the menu is traditionally the mini bone-in pork knuckle! This year, we're glazing it in demi-glace sauce and serving it with mashed potatoes and French fries.
