Closing Of The Bruegel Festival
Throughout March, Brasserie Lambic, with the support of our partners, the Flanders and Brussels tourism offices, hosted the Bruegel Festival, in which we raffled off three coolest trips for two to Brussels! The raffle for the first two trips included guest registrations for every $3,000 check starting March 3.

On March 26 we conducted a drawing and the lucky ones were: Denis Talov and Natalya Emelyanova.
The third trip we raffled off among the guests of gastro-dinner on Strastnoy, and the winner was Alexander Bogdanov.
We thank everybody for participation and sincerely congratulate the winners! Brasserie Lambic team wishes you a happy journey and unforgettable impressions!

Lambic Collection is taking part in the gastronomic festival “Vesper. With Taste”. For two days, the Lucky quarter will turn into a contemporary urban space featuring gastronomy, a cultural program, and activities for residents and visitors. The festival will bring together restaurants, cafes, local brands, and residents of the quarter. We look forward to seeing you at Lambic Collection on September 12 and 13 to taste our festival specials created especially for “Vesper. Brasserie Lambic has launched a new special menu — and it’s very special to us! We decided to briefly bring back the spirit of Lambic Seafood and revisit the concept through what we loved most about it — seafood. Dorado, salmon, squid, shrimp, oysters, and sea urchins — the sea is back in the spotlight!
