Following Lambic tradition, this year’s menu was created together with Miratorg and inspired by the legendary German festival. We start with the long-awaited pretzel, which this year comes in three versions: with clarified butter, with bacon, and with beef brisket! For the main course, choose pork loin schnitzel with a generous romaine salad, half a chicken with adjika, or grilled sausages with braised cabbage. Pair it all with German beers from our Beer Atlas!
